We focus on recruiting lawyers at all levels of seniority on behalf of companies in the UK and on mainland Europe.  We have also benefited from the experience of recruiting for private practice in the UK for over 10 years.

We do this through first developing an honest and informed relationship with our clients.   We gain a thorough understanding of the job and person specification as well as the organisation 's goals and culture. This allows us to identify the best potential candidates.  We also take time to understand our candidates ' requirements and concerns.  We are trusted advisors to both client and candidate. 

We evaluate candidates against the person and job specification and manage the process during the interview stage, gathering feedback and advising both candidate and client.

Assignments are completed successfully by using different agreed strategies including: executive search, our international network of candidates (including many referrals) and advertisements in key publications.  We dovetail our services to clients ' specific requirements; offering flexibility, speed of service and competitive terms.  We work on agreeable and adaptable fee structures to suit our clients' requirements.
